HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Orders can be placed online online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can place an order via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at support@loverasmarket.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

 

ORDERING NON LOVERA'S PRODUCTS

If you would like to order delicious authentic gourmet Italian products that we sell in our Krebs, OK store. Please call 918-423-2842 to place your order or email us at support@loverasmarket.com

At the moment, we only sell Lovera's brand products on our website.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Lovera’s Handcrafted foods will professionally package your order. Any orders containing perishables, especially during warm weather months (June-October), your package will arrive in a cooler or insulated pouch filled with ice packs to insure quality and freshness. Please use the information below to review our shipping policies.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Due to import restrictions, we cannot ship internationally

We pride ourselves in processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day

During peak period, such as December and other peak holidays, it may take several days to process your order. If we are experiencing such delays, we will notify you immediately.

If your package contains perishables, a signature will be required upon delivery

If your order contains perishables, we cannot ship on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We do this to avoid packages containing perishable being stuck in transit over the weekend.

During the warmer months (June - October), we do not allow Standard Shipping to be selected for items that require refrigeration. These items must be shipped in a cooler with ice packs and be delivered within 2 business days. This also applies to items that require special care and delivery all year long.

We cannot ship to PO box addresses.

 

Incorrect Addresses, Claims and Exceptions

Lovera's Handcrafted Foods will not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. If you are sending our products as a gift to a 3rd party, we strongly recommend you confirm that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open, and properly store your order. We are will not replace cheeses that perish due to recipient's being unavailability at the time of delivery. Also, please note that our boxes are clearly marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact Customer Service within 24 hours if you wish to file a claim. Credit refunds will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
