We are proud to announce the release of our newest cheese, Blue Thunder! A rustic Gorgonzola made from Raw Jersey cow milk and aged to perfection. The flavor is buttery with a creamy texture and a mild earthy finish. We added Annato seed to this cheese to give it a unique look.
