Lovera's Smoked Italian Sausage is mild Italian sausage which has been slowly cooked with hickory wood for several hours. It is a combination of the northern Italian heritage of the Lovera family and Oklahoma. Lovera's mild Italian sausage is a mainstay and one of the reason Lovera's has endured for so long. This cooked version blends all of those delicious flavors with just enough flavoring from the hickory smoke to make it one of our most popular products. It can be eaten right our of the package or heated for a sandwich or a party tray. Great when grilling to be eaten while the steaks are cooking.
