Soft and creamy, Lovera's Basil and Garlic Cremavera is made from cream skimmed from the milk that remains in the production of Lovera's Caciocavera cheese and mixed with Lovera's famous basil and garlic pesto. Originating in the Lombaria region of Italy, it isn't even technically a cheese but who can resist its delicious spreadable goodness? Similar to a thickened Greek yogurt, cremavera is savored as a soft, spreadable cheese. Dollop some simply on a plain cracker and mixed with pasta.
